In an emergency, when time is of the essence, being able to land an air ambulance helicopter seconds away from specialist care is crucial. For many seriously ill patients, a hospital helipad could represent the difference between life and death.
The HELP Appeal is the only charity in the country funding hospital helipads and air ambulance base helipads.
Our work in ensuring patients reach hospital within the golden hour, helps to save hundreds of lives every year.

Fundraisers cannot accept cash for security reasons, but we have collection tins across the country where you can donate cash. You can donate securely online, or via PayPal, as a single or monthly donation. To donate by post; download this form, print, fill in and send it to us with your cheque or postal order payable to ‘County Air Ambulance Trust’. We cannot accept cash by post.
